Position Overview: Position serves as support for the Revenue Accounting Department in various capacities as needed. The department is responsible for the invoicing IMC clients and the customers of IMC clients, as well as generation of all customer-related reports. Additionally, the department is responsible for all specialized billing and AR maintenance. Specific duties for the position are as outlined below.
Essential Job Functions
- Daily freight billing
- Daily SO process
- Weekly & Monthly depot billing
- Work order audit process.
- Web billing
- Summary billing for assigned account(s).
- Credit and debit process
- Assist with billing problems with Credit and Collections
- Driver Pay Corrections
- Other duties as assigned
Other Job Functions
- General Missing Document Report (MDR) and Complete Not Invoiced (CNI) follow-up
- Assistance as needed with other departmental functions
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Three to five years relevant experience
- SWS and Microsoft Excel knowledge
Other Skills/Abilities
- General knowledge of MS Office products, particularly MS Excel
