Role Overview:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in electrical construction, maintenance on various projects including, but not limited to, Multi-Family, Senior Living, and Commercial projects in the Southeast United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluates specifications to plan procedures, starting and completion times, and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.
- Assists Job Superintendent in resolving design detail problems with owner/architect/supplier and subcontractor.
- Sets field teams up for success by organizing and planning strategies that will remove roadblocks and create efficiencies on site.
- Attends and conducts pre-construction conference.
- Assists senior management in project organization, planning, and coordination including, but not limited to, safety, project timelines and company goals.
- Maintains change request log and current controls.
- Maintains formal correspondence with clients and construction teams; conducts progress meetings with owner/architect/superintendent.
- Enforces all safety policies and procedures and assists with quality control program.
- Orders and monitors procurement of tools, equipment, and materials to be delivered according to project schedule.
- Monitors costs and perform projections.
- Manages and controls change order, back charge and back order.
- Produces regular progress reports and percent of completion reports for pay apps.
- Conducts inspections as required by the safety and quality control program.
- Approves subcontractor/vendor requisitions as well as payroll and labor reports.
- Conducts construction activities within federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations.
- Prepares closeout documents.
- Coordinates office and field activities during construction period.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve unexpected challenges.
- Exceptional organization and leadership abilities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 8 years of electrical experience to include prior project management experience.
- Electrical or Journeyman’s License preferred.
- Proficiency with PlanGrid, Procore, Adobe, BLUEBEAM, Excel, and Spectrum software is a plus.

- Work is performed both in an office environment and at construction sites, often exposed to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.

- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and requires frequent walking, standing and navigating active job sites.
Other:
- This is an on-site position based at the company’s main office in Middleburg, FL, and requires the ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
