B2BIntegrations Specialist IMCD UScurrently has an opening for a B2B Integrations Specialist at our Miami, Florida office.
TheB2B Integrations Analyst is a mid- level role within the Americas ITorganization primarily responsible for technical support of all EDI-middleware related partners and projectsfor the Americas region. The role consists of tasks such as requirementsanalysis, project management, system configuration, data mapping andintegration activities between IMCD middleware system (MuleSoft) and IMCDstrading partners (suppliers, customers, and logistics providers).
The candidate must have a solid education inapplication technology with strong interpersonal skills to represent the regionon projects with external parties. This rolealso includes working with our HQ team on designing specifications forenhancements to applications and interfaces, testing new processes and tools,and working within business guidelines.

Successful candidates will be responsibleto : Onboarding new B2B connections with IMCD's business partners (suppliers, customers, governments etc.) across Americas region
Maintaining and improving existing integration solutions
Recognize repetitive issues and through instructions or together with your colleagues, find a structural solution
Monitoring middleware logs to ensuring uptime and stability of local integrations
Providing support to internal stakeholders, business partners, and the IT team where needed on middleware / integration solutions
Providing guidance, documentation, and communication on integrations to / from third parties
Support head office Middleware team with projects and support where needed
Investigate innovative and best practice approaches to integration solutions
Modeling and mapping data sets to the IMCD templates using proven methodologies and models
Implement routine monitoring, reporting, logging, and notifications for EDI transmissions and EDI data quality
Performs Root Cause Analysis on problems, document and identify best practices
Able to write operational procedures
Ability to troubleshoot business process changes, errors, and subsequent modifications
Able to interpret the operational requirements of end users, project managers, and other stakeholders
Skills :
Good communication skills - allowing to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Good organizational and project management skills - coordinating across various stakeholders is a key part of this role
Willingness to take ownership and ability to manage and coordinate various stakeholders
A team-player approach with both internal and external staff - happy to discuss solutions and ideas for improvement with the rest of the team
Self-starter and highly motivated to make proactive changes
RequiredQualifications :
B.S. degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
Three to five years' experience in related field
4 years' experience working with data transformation and middleware technologies such as X12, EDIFACT, and other formats like XML
DesiredQualifications : ERP JDE 9.2 or other ERP system (SAP, D365 etc)
Experience with MuleSoft or other Middleware technologies (Mulesoft Certification will be provided)
Experience with Managed File Transfers tools and solutions

WorkEnvironment This jobcurrently operates in Miami, FL on a hybrid schedule.
PositionType / Expected Hours of Work This is afull-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Fridayfrom 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may berequired as needed.
Travel Travel will be required
Some travel may be necessary to our Americas and / or Head Office (Rotterdam) on occasion. (less than 10 business days per year)
