About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Process Mechanical Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in industrial or manufacturing environments. This includes interpreting blueprints and schematics, cutting and fitting pipes, and ensuring systems meet industry and safety standards. This person should be willing to carry out company policies and values and thrives working in a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
- $71.54 and hour, base rate ( $15.18 an hour fringe) = $86.72 an hour total wage package

- 401(k) plan with company match available to eligible employees beginning the first of the month after 60 days of employment. IMCO matches 100% of employee contributions up to 4% of eligible wages.
Responsibilities
- Ensure, cut, thread, and assemble new pipe, placing the assembled pipe in hangers or other supports.
- Cut or drill holes in walls or floors to accommodate the passage of pipes.
- Assist in the layout, assembly, and installation of piping for various systems.
- Install, assemble, and maintain process piping systems, including stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC, and other materials.
- Assembles and installs a variety of metal or nonmetal pipes and pipe fittings, using threaded caulked, soldering, brazen, fused, or cemented joints, and hand tools.
- Secures pipes to structure with bracket, clamps, and hangers, using hand and power tools.
- Mount brackets and hangers on walls and ceilings to hold pipes and set sleeves or inserts to provide support for pipes.
- Perform pressure tests and inspections to ensure piping systems are leak-free and meet all quality standards
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, or other system failures in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure systems are properly installed
- Always maintain compliance with safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Location & commitments
- Project Location – Monroe, Washington
- 8–10-hour shifts
- Overtime may be available
- Evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet milestones
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in pipefitting, preferably in a process or industrial setting
- Knowledge and understanding of how to read plans and drawings with basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces or at heights
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, dusty, etc.)
- Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders as needed
- Enrolment in a drug-free workplace program is required. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring THC in testing panels.
- A criminal background check is required; one must be able to pass security clearance requirements for select projects.
