Title - Brand Ambassador
Location - JF Kennedy Airport, Jamaica, NY 11430
Duration - 3 Months (With possible Extension)
Variable Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Schedule: Morning: 8 AM – 6 PM
Evening: 6 PM – 2 AM

The Airport Brand Ambassador role offers a hands-on opportunity to enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. What You’ll Do:
Be the face of client: Welcome riders into the Pickup Zone, guide them on using the client app to order a ride and connect with their driver, introduce them to in-app support channels, and ensure a seamless pickup experience while representing client’s brand.
Provide On-Site Customer Support: Assist riders and drivers with app-related questions, payment troubleshooting, and resolving real-time issues to enhance their experience.
Enhance Airport Operations: Monitor and manage vehicle flow, ensure safe and efficient pick-up/drop-off areas, and relay operational adjustments (e.g., request more vehicles or modify flow speed).
Promote client Services: Educate travelers on client’s benefits, app functionality, and available ride options, driving growth in airport trip volume.
Support Airport Logistics: Assist with the setup and management of client's designated airport zones, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with airport policies.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with airport operations personnel to address issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Adapt and Respond: Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure a seamless rider and driver experience.

Attention to Detail: Familiarity with airport layouts and procedures is a plus.
