Complete Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst for Workday HCM implementation for 70,000 State employees. This role will focus on Talent (Recruiting & Performance), Compensation, Benefits, and/or Core HR functions, providing business analysis support for the system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document business processes and develop functional requirements
• Develop test plans, scripts, and conduct testing for new/upgraded systems
• Provide technical support and create user guides/documentation
• Offer user support and training for new applications or functionality
• Ensure system functionality complies with laws, regulations, and best practices
Required Skills:
• Proven data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience OR associate’s degree and 2 years of experience
• Preferred: Experience with Workday HCM and supporting technology in the public sector
Salary : $55 - $60
