Title: Engagement Strategy Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Malvern, PA 19355 – 2 days onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months, with potential for extension/conversion)
Job Summary:
The Engagement Strategy Specialist is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing client relationships, leading project delivery, and enhancing client satisfaction within the organization’s workplace strategy function. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and alignment of initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, project management, and driving measurable outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal clients and key service areas, fostering strategic alignment.
- Proactively address client needs, resolve escalations, and conduct feedback sessions to ensure satisfaction.
- Mediate conflicting stakeholder requirements and manage complaints through formal processes.
Strategic Project Delivery:
- Lead project intake processes and oversee execution of workplace strategy initiatives.
- Align deliverables with client objectives and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Security, etc.) to drive solutions.
Operational Excellence:
- Analyze engagement metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement client-centric processes to enhance service delivery.
- Research industry trends to provide forward-thinking solutions for clients.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Facilitate adoption of workplace models (e.g., Neighborhood Model) by partnering with communications and operations teams.
- Build and maintain networks with internal leaders to drive creative problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in client relationship management, strategic account management, or project management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute independently.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in management consulting, business development, or internal client engagement.
Salary : $65 - $70
