Job ScopeAs a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will support strategic marketing activities. You will work closely with key stakeholders such as integration engineers, the digital marketing director, and the brand & solutions marketing manager. This role will have two main areas of focus : Initial 3 months : Overseeing and executing go-to-market activities for seamless product integrations.Post-initial assignment : Supporting commercialization of new products with the Brand & Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with integration engineers to document and publicize key solution details for product sale and installation.Develop solution sheets using the current software platform.Update the Technology Alliances website with current branding and integration documentation.Facilitate integration team update calls and ensure alignment.Work with the graphics team to create imagery and collateral for assigned projects.Support commercialization activities for new product development (NPD) projects.Ensure content accuracy across collateral, web platforms, and sales tools.Deliver assigned projects on time and with high quality.
Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a technical discipline.1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management (Salsify knowledge is a plus).Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions (engineering, digital marketing, product teams).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure attention to detail.Background in technical and / or durable goods marketing is preferred.
