Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Duration: 12 months Contract
Desired Start Date/End Date: 3/24/2025 - 3/23/2026
Location: Onsite-Chesterfield - 111 Chesterfield Industrial Blvd, Suite 115 (11152)
Shift Type: 8am-5pm , Mon-Fri
Pay rate: $21 per hour
Job Duties:
- Interact with various departments to provide accurately dispensed prescriptions on a timely basis
- Work under direct supervision of a pharmacist
- Perform prescription data entry functions (preQA) by viewing images and inputting prescription information directly into the system
- Prepare and submit request for prescription refills
- Initiate clarification requests
- Receive verbal instructions from prescribers as allowed by pharmacy regulation
- Complete reorder processing for the timely filling of prescription refills
- Comply with safety, quality assurance, accreditation, legal, state, and federal regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Complete work list according to guidelines set by Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of shipping/receiving,
- ordering, packing,
- warehouse or logistics experience.
Education/Certification
- Required: High school diploma.
Licensure:
- Missouri Board of Pharmacy Technician License
Salary : $19 - $21
