User Experience Designer

Key Requirements

Technical Proficiency:

• Mandatory: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps for developer handoffs.
• Ability to bridge UX/UI design with technical implementation (not just visual design).

Experience:

• 5 years in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing:
• Cross-functional collaboration with developers.
• Data-driven design decisions (qualitative/quantitative analysis).
• Experience in enterprise environments (finance, healthcare, or tech preferred).

Education/Certifications:

• Degree in design, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps (a strong plus).

Soft Skills:

• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced, growing team.
• Mentorship experience (junior designers).
