As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records and maintaining HR databases.
· Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
· Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
· Assist in administering employee benefits programs
· Assists in Payroll Process
· Creation of the monthly newsletter via Canva
· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
· Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
· Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Degree or Certification in Human Resources preferred
· Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
