What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Intelligence and Integration Advisor position at IMEG Corporation?
IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Building Intelligence and Integration Advisor in our Omaha NE office.
As a Building Intelligence & Integration Project Advisor 1 position you will be focused on technical activities and duties that support the overall Building Intelligence & Integration team to deliver on all Intelligent Building solutions for our clients. The Building Intelligence & Integration Project Advisor 1 will serve as a hands-on performer of programming, integrating, developing and deploying solutions that incorporate business, facility and specialty systems (vertical market dependent). This position will provide Intelligent Building solutions with broader organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities :
- Maintain project artifacts and deliverables (e.g., project documentation, deliverables, notes, agendas, and permanent project files)
- Collaborate with IMEG colleagues across multiple disciplines to drive and ensure high quality solutions throughout project delivery
- Participate in the schedules with the client, the design team, and related subcontractors
- Participate in client meetings, assist in preparing proposals and presentations, support development of future projects, and maintain good client relations
- Identify prospective new clients and assist marketing, sales, and delivery teams in the development of new client engagements
- Address project issues and / or escalation where appropriate
- Program and test DDC control sequences based on engineering drawings.
- Confirm BAS program operation by conducting tests and modifying program sequences to meet project objectives.
- Investigate existing controls and improve graphics and programming for consistency.
- Integrate building equipment and legacy controllers using various communication protocols.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs.
- Monitoring contractor performance and working closely to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
