IMEG Corp. is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer in our Chicago, IL office. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical design on projects of various sizes and complexities. This role will also perform calculations, system design, equipment selections, reports, progress submittals and BIM instructions to assure project completeness and accuracy on time, within

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Independent design for some aspects of electrical systems for commercial buildings

* Coordinate, document, and schedule design projects

* Assist Senior Electrical Engineer with design projects

* Perform services and required by the contract services agreement

* Build, maintain, and develop client relationships

Key Skills and Abilities needed:

* Precision in production of technical plans and drawings

* Knowledge and understanding of fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics

* Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, and BIM programs

* Ability to perform quality control checks for electrical systems

* Strong ability to communicate both orally and written

Education and Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (Science)

* No Experience

* Electrical building systems design and/or knowledge of construction techniques a plus

Salary Range $ 78,000.00 - $80,000.00. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options. In addition, IMEG Corp. provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
