IMEG is growing, and we’d love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Project Marketing Coordinator in our Rock Island, IL office. As a Project Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general project marketing / business development support – working within IMEG brand and design standards and corporate processes.
Principal Responsibilities
- Creates and customizes qualification-based materials – e.g. case studies, project experience lists, cover letters, approach language (writing, editing, & wordsmithing).
- Coordinates & collaborates with teams on qualification-based proposal production.
- Oversees editing and quality control measures for all assigned proposals.
- Coordinates and creates interview and presentation collateral.
- Assists in maintaining up-to-date opportunity pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Coordinates resume updates for assigned teams.
- Coordinates & maintains up-to-date project data in the centralized Projects database and Central Qualifications Library for assigned teams.
- Assists with the creation of project deliverables – e.g. project report layout & editing - as needed.
- Assists in researching project leads, potential clients and competition as needed to assist in project pursuit strategy.
- Assists in identifying project-based public relations opportunities for assigned teams.
- Assist with identifying project photography needs and contacts for assigned teams.
- Assists with additional marketing related projects as needed.
