We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Operations Intern who is passionate about technology and social impact, to support our Global Specialist Workforce team. This growing, dynamic team finds, recruits and engages expert talent around the world - think mathematicians, philosophers, senior medical professionals and specialists in many other diverse fields. As the effort to train AI gains pace globally, finding these experts is becoming increasingly competitive and challenging. In this role, you will support our marketing and communications efforts by crafting compelling messages for press and marketing materials, managing social media channels, and contributing to our operations for our clients and for our workforce. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in the AI and tech industry while working closely with a dynamic, mission-driven team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Press & Communications Support
Draft press releases, media pitches, and newsletters.
Assist in building relationships with media contacts and industry influencers
- Marketing Materials Development
Create and update marketing collateral that communicates our offerings to clients and potential hires for our workforce.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all materials
- Social Media
Monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities
Develop and schedule posts that align with brand guidelines and industry news
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns
- Operations & Product Support
Support product and operations activities such as implementing new recruiting processes, improving conversion rates, and improving communication between teams.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Location
Based in New York City, with the ability to work remotely and attend occasional in-person meetings and work sessions in Brooklyn.
- Industry Knowledge
Demonstrable interest and basic understanding of AI, emerging tech, and social impact initiatives
- Technical Skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides)
Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus
- Soft Skills
Very strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive in seeking opportunities to contribute
Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity is a huge plus, since we work as a globally-connected team

Able to commit 25–40 hours per week for a 3–6 month period
