Your Role
Project Overview & Deliverables:The Implementation of SAP in the Sylacauga Plant is due to occur on November 1st of 2024. In light of this, it is imperative that all of the Production Data and Finished Product Data be accessible immediately by Operators, Supervisors, and Managers in order to manage the direction of the Plant Processes so as to continue to meet customer needs. The scope of this project is to pull the required Quality Data from SAP using AVEVA in order to provide “real Time” SPC Charts showing the Quality Data as the data is collected. In addition, it will be advantageous for that quality data to be able to be collected and retrieved in the AVEVA historian for comparison to Process Variables as well.
Project Learning Objectives:Lab equipment function and data retrieval of critical Quality Data from SAP System. Working with Lab Employees, Quality and Process Leadership, and Operations Team to build “Real Time” reports that will provide critical decision making Data at all levels of the Site Team.
