As our Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing maintenance strategies and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive analyses, developing innovative solutions, and implementing maintenance initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, boosting production capacity, improving equipment reliability, and reducing operational costs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
- Develop and monitor departmental performance key indicators (KPI's)
- Liaise with purchasing to identify and negotiate purchase of needed components, equipment and contract services
- Prepare reports and ensure all department objectives are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A strong background in engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy industrial asset management and maintenance reliability programs required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
