Imerys is seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer for our manufacturing plant in Lompoc, CA. As our Reliability Engineer, you will provide expert support to optimize maintenance strategies and operational efficiency. You will conduct comprehensive analyses, develop innovative solutions, and implement maintenance initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, boosting production capacity, improving equipment reliability, and reducing operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with EH&S rules and regulations
- Develop project ideas into well-defined project scopes, implement to complete on time and within budget delivering scope
- Lead process enhancement initiatives in productivity which feeds operational improvements and reliability
- Participate in Contractor Management to include adherence to approved costs and all site safety regulations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A BS in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy industrial asset management and maintenance reliability programs required
- Experience in mining, mineral processing, and/or cGMP preferred
