Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field. A minimum of 1 year experience supporting a mining operation is required, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing mine plans to optimize operations and extend the life of the mine.
- Collaborating with Mine Management and Division support personnel to extract minerals safely and efficiently.
- Preparing and sending regular reports on the state of the mining operation.
- Laying out and directing mine operations, including excavation benches and access roads.
