Job Title : Senior CAD Designer

Job Description :
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Civil Engineering CAD Designer with expertise in Land
Development, Utilities, Roadway, and Structural plans preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, with a keen attention to
detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements :
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with Civil 3D.
Ability to use additional software such as ICPR, Modret, CloudWorx, and ArcGIS.
Minimum 10 years of experience in preparing engineering drawings for municipal public works,
residential, and commercial land development.
Knowledge of SW Florida Codes and Ordinances.
Familiarity with Florida Building Code Standards.
Associates Degree or High School Diploma with advanced technical training.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in technology related to software, hardware, plotters, scanners, and internet services.
Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision to produce high-quality
documents.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
