Now Hiring for Multi Family Communities: In Odessa TX. We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance to join our team. Our company is looking for employees to assist in our goal to provide the finest-quality services to our residents and to do so in the most efficient and economical way possible, thus gaining our competitive edge so that our residents continue to be part of our community and recommend us to others.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
-Pool certified is a plus
-Knowledgeable in areas of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair and other skilled crafts.
-Providing excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- HVAC certification required
- Have industry knowledge/experience in the Apartment Industry
- Other Certifications is a plus for Lead Maintenance
- Fluent in verbal and/or written English

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
