Operations Manager, Licensing
IMG Licensing is looking for an Operations Manager to support the licensing operations teams. This role will work across corporate functions including finance, business development, client management support, product development, and contract administration, among others. Multi-tasking across activities and the people that lead these functions is important. Key focus areas for this role include:

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually

$80,000 annually

Operations Manager, Licensing
IMG Licensing is looking for an Operations Manager to support the licensing operations teams. This role will work across corporate functions including finance, business development, client management support, product development, and contract administration, among others. Multi-tasking across activities and the people that lead these functions is important. Key focus areas for this role include:
Business & Financial Reporting
- Coordinating with teams to generate reports and create succinct client summaries delivered to senior staff and clients that require gathering information and data from various sources and creating a single deliverable. Reports require use of Microsoft Excel pivot tables, v-look ups, and links across files to create, manage, and maintain documents; other programs include the use of Microsoft PowerPoint & Word. Example reports:
- Weekly pipeline
- Quarterly performance
- Custom reports
- Deal traffic administration including updates to deal tracker, collection of key documents, and updating team across legal, operations, and business development internally, as well as interfacing with client brand and legal teams.
- Overall management of client information database utilizing internal business systems to input deal data, upload contracts and work with other relevant documents including royalty reports, letters of authorization, and other legal and financial documents.
- Overall management and administration of shared drive including the organization of folders and documents to ensure latest versions of key client materials are collected and stored.
- Coordinating across licensees to gather and/or provide information including royalty reports, legal documents, and other related matters.
- Assistance with licensee audits and other matters that may arise.
