The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the management of various IMG Academy new construction, renovation, repairs, and enhancement projects.
Position Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and managing projects related to new construction, repairs, and enhancements.
Coordinating requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), requests for qualifications (RFQ), change orders and submittal process.
Oversee project teams/vendors in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional guests experience goals are met.
Manage timely and proper payments processes to vendors.
Monitors budget allocations, expenditures, fund balances and related financial activities for the purpose to ensure that allocations are accurate, expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed.
Produce, deliver, and maintain progress updates, status reports, agendas, minutes, and pre-meeting materials specific to projects.
Provide daily operational support as directed and as needed across all areas of IMG Academy including but not limited to Property Management and Maintenance.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes.
This position is considered essential staff and will assist with managing facility preparedness during emergency or weather-related situations. Essential staff may need to reside on campus for several days for extreme emergencies.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management role
Strong project management skills including the ability to make mid-course corrections
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period.
Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to work, and possibly stay on campus, throughout an Emergency Response Team activation.
