Golf Club Operations, Range Assistant (PT)

The Golf Club Operations, Range Assistant will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the proactive range and short game area.   Position Responsibilities Marshals the golf course to ensure pace of play standards are being met. Treats all members, guests, and staff with exceptional guest services Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes Other duties as assigned such as golf cart maintenance/cleaning.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School degree or equivalent Basic knowledge of golf course procedures Age 21, valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Present a positive, professional image. Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable and predictable attendance. Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; Follow safety practices and recognizing hazards.   Preferred Skills Bilingual   Physical Demands and Work Environment  Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs. Must be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, stairs, etc. This role is considered essential and may be required to work during weather emergencies or business closures in order to meet operational requirements
