Position Summary:IMG Academy is seeking a creative, innovative, and versatile Graphic Designer to shape our digital presence across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll work on our Marketing Team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive our brand vision. You will ideate, create, and execute various designs—from web layouts and mobile interfaces to interactive campaigns and digital media designs – in supporting the campus and online business verticals.
Position Responsibilities:
Digital Conceptualization & Design
Ideate, conceptualize, and create a wide range of digital assets, including website layouts, mobile interfaces, digital ads, email layouts, social media graphics, banner ads, and interactive content.
Participate in design discussions regarding planning, strategy, and conceptualization.
Brand Stewardship
Uphold and evolve digital brand standards across IMG Academy, ensuring consistency in visual communication and user experience.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the creative team lead, project managers, designers, developers, copywriters, and content producers to drive creative vision and deliver cohesive digital campaigns.
Present design concepts and prototypes internally, incorporating constructive feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Production & Workflow
Develop designs under tight deadlines and prepare production-ready files for digital publishing across various devices and platforms.
Maintain an organized archive of digital files and assets, updating design libraries as needed.
Technical Integration
Create responsive digital designs using modern UI/UX best practices that can seamlessly be handed off to the development team.
General Duties
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Creative Team Lead and Marketing Director.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Graphic Design, Art, Advertising, Web Design, Animation, or a relevant field / equivalent years of experience
2–5 years of experience as a Designer, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Canva).
Knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and digital layout best practices.
A design portfolio that represents a diverse variety of projects, demonstrating your knowledge and skillset.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A collaborative, resourceful, and servant-hearted approach to design and teamwork.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience in motion graphics, animation, and illustration.
Familiarity with interactive design and digital product development methodologies.
