Job Overview
We are seeking a talented CAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAD software and a strong understanding of technical drawings and schematics.
Role and Responsibilities
*Prepare assembly and component drawings for sales orders, inquiries, or new product development using PTC Creo software
*Maintain configurations, generate bills of material, and load component and assembly data into ERP software
*Prepare production and submittal packages for internal and external use (2D/3D electronic files, special tagging and notations, preparing paper copies, etc.)
*Perform drawing revisions and modifications, including updating of the ERP system
*Work with assembly, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to resolve issues
*Assist in training of new personnel on CAD functions and department procedures
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Two (2) years of job experience in CAD design or product evaluation testing, Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Skills
*3D modelling experience (PTC Creo preferred)
*Microsoft Outlook, Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Pay: $26.74 - $28.58 per hour
