Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site HR Manager to join our team in Palmer, MA. This role will work closely with the General Manager to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and offer expert coaching to employees at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

 

Work Environment: On-site

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Lead initiatives to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities to achieve its objectives.
  • Coaching & Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on best practices in people management, performance improvement, and employee relations.
  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Facilitate smooth organizational transitions through effective communication.
  • HR Analytics: Maintain accurate HR records and reports, leveraging HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • People Management: Manage, guide, and develop members of the local HR team.

 

Critical Competencies for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong expertise in change management and leadership development.
  • Excellent coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Proven experience managing complex HR projects.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
