Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Distributor Sales Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets, pipeline progression, new products, margins, and performance indicators.
- Drive sales growth within assigned lists of key accounts.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads within assigned market verticals.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Field Application Engineers to provide a world-class customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related fields or equivalent experience.
- Some experience of B2B sales, distribution support, including demonstration of understanding of how distributors work and their processes.
- Proficiency with CRM, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
