This isn't just any graduate program-it's our fast-track leadership scheme, designed to catapult you toward a future leadership role at IMI. Whether you see yourself as a Managing Director, General Manager, Sales Director, or another key player, we'll equip you with the hands-on experience and real-world impact needed to get there.
Work Environment: Because of the hands-on nature of this role and the exciting goals we're aiming to achieve, we'll need our Future Leaders to be on-site, right in the heart of the action. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to the job requirements. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
