Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Inspectors, ensuring compliance with CVP package and ISO procedures.
- Oversee setup, completion, and 5S practices in work cells, emphasizing ergonomics and workflow.
- Manage Vantage system, including scanner operation, data review, and work instructions.
- Approve time sheets, conduct competency reviews, and support performance appraisals.
- Foster continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Liaise with customers on-site and off-site.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (local travel required).
- Passport preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to meet customer demands.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
