Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and closing new household goods moving opportunities while building a strong referral network. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven individual with a hunter mentality and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively pursue new business through referrals, networking, internet research, and social media engagement.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, including self-generated appointment targets, closing ratios, and revenue objectives.
- Conduct in-home and virtual surveys to assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates.
- Develop and present professional sales presentations to key referral partners, including realtors and business networking groups.
- Maintain clear and thorough communication with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless move execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to position Imlach Group - Detroit as the preferred provider.
- Utilize the CRM system to manage leads, track performance, and optimize sales processes.
- Represent Imlach Group - Detroit at industry events, networking meetings, and community functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to generate new business and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, moving services, or a related industry preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
