Job Summary

Duties

- Communicate clearly with students, staff, and parents regarding classroom activities and student progress.
- Implement literacy education strategies to support students' reading and writing skills.
- Provide individualized support to students as needed, including those requiring tutoring or additional assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance during the assignment.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity in education during teacher absences.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.
Experience
- Previous experience in a private school setting is preferred but not required.
- Background in tutoring or literacy education is advantageous.
- Proven experience working with students in a classroom or childcare environment is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to educate effectively across various subjects.
