Team Lead – Janitorial Services
Position Objective : This position is responsible for leading a staff of 7-10 associates in performing all cleaning activities while servicing assigned areas in offices, break rooms, and bathrooms and floors in a warehouse facility.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide immaculate cleaning services throughout the warehouse facility
- Direct and coordinate associates' daily cleaning activities and delegate work flow instructions
- Assist in monitoring and inspecting overall cleaning
- Assist in training new associates on cleaning agents, safety, equipment and proper cleaning techniques
- Recommends new methods to promote efficiency, team work and development
- Take supply inventory and maintain the inventory supply storeroom
- Assist to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Assist to ensure associates' are adhering to all Company policies and procedures
- Notify the supervisor and / or manager of all complaints or employee relation concerns
- Maintain a high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participates in cleaning activities and operate motorized equipment
- Attend to emergencies and participate in meetings as required
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
