We are looking for Home Health Aides interested in pursuing further training or becoming licensed licensees in the following states: NJ & PA.
Requirements:
Must pass a background check. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. These requirements may be adjusted as needed. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; use hands to handle or control objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must also lift and move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health status, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care plans and communicate any changes in patient condition.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $16.77 - $19.77 per hour
