Your New Role
As a Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV, you’ll take charge of restoration projects from start to finish. You'll manage teams, communicate with customers, and ensure that every job meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & schedule technicians to execute restoration jobs effectively.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure documentation, estimates, and invoices are handled efficiently.
- Utilize Xactimate for accurate estimating and reporting.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers to keep projects on track.
- Ensure job completion, close out projects, and follow up on invoices & collections.

Job requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in project management, construction, or restoration; IICRC Experience is a plus, not required
- Certifications: OSHA 30 required
- Technical Skills: Xactimate experience preferred
- Work Environment: Office, construction sites, residential & commercial buildings
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required
- Background Check & Drug Test Required
