Shift Available: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Job Type: Full-Time and eligible for benefits
Salary: $14.50-17.50 per hour based on years of experience.

Employment Requirements
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply if needed)
- Current TB Test (available on-site if needed)
- Hands-on CPR/AED Certificate
- Hands-on First Aid Certificate
Job Duties
- Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating quality activity programs (includes entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and education).
- One on One visits with Residents.
- Escorts residents to and from activities.
- Make regular in-room visits to residents uninterested/unable to participate in group activities.
- Assist in monitoring resident smoke breaks.
- Monitor resident activity in the units and hallways.
- Chart patient progress and behavior.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Desire to work with persons of varying physical and mental capacities, and the behavior health population.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to engage residents in recreational activities that promote well-being.
