- 18.50-22.00 per hour based on years of experience.

- Employment Requirements :
- Original physical document of your Arizona Caregiver Certificate
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply if needed)
- Completion of a 2 Step TB Test (available on-site if needed)
- Hands-on CPR / AED Certificate for Healthcare Professionals
- Hands-on First Aide Certificate
- Food Handlers Card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Job Summary
- Provide direct resident care, and assist with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Observe, report, and document symptoms and conditions of residents to LPN Supervisor.
- Prepare and document medication administration to residents under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and in compliance with physician orders and State regulations.
- Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician’s orders, medication count, or any other unusual situations and complaints regarding resident services and care to your immediate supervisor.
- Order medications, supplies, and equipment as necessary in accordance with established policy.
- Follow universal precautions and isolation procedures for infection control. Wash hands at beginning of shift, between residents, before passing trays and after assisting with elimination – even if wearing gloves.
