Duties

- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Provide care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring all children receive the support they require.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development while communicating regularly with parents about their child's growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
Experience
- Prior experience in daycare or childcare settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is essential.
- Experience working with children of various ages
- First aid certification is highly desirable to ensure the safety of all children in your care.
