It will be the Lunchroom Supervisors job to provide a clean and structured lunchroom environment for students to eat their lunch.
Lunchroom Responsibilities
- Prepare the lunchroom by doing the following:
- Labeling each table by number
- Putting paper towels on each table for clean up
- Having bathroom passes/utensils ready to go
- Making sure the spray bottles are filled with cleaner
- Maintain a level of quiet lunchroom discussion among tables
- Send out ParentSquare emails for parents to sign up to help in the lunchroom
- Warmly greet volunteers who come to help in the lunchroom
- Communicate with the Recess Supervisor when lunch/recess periods rotate
- Arrive on time to prepare the lunchroom
- Communicate with maintenance when potential bathroom issues arise (clogged toilet or broken sink)
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills working with a large room of students
