What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at IMMANUEL LIVING?
The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties necessary to the smooth, day-to-day operation of the Terraces front reception desk, Full Time. The schedule is a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 2 days off, which includes 2 day shifts 8am - 4pm and 2 evening shifts 4pm - 12pm.
Specific Duties include:
- Assemble admissions packets, marketing brochures, information packets, and making sure that stock of all three is maintained
- File documents; make and distribute copies; format letters and documents; prepare mail merges for large monthly mailings
- Complete credit card reconciliation for assigned departments
- Order office supplies for departments, as needed
- Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain day book with necessary information to keep other shifts informed
- Monitor emergency intercom system and respond to all emergency calls from residents, as well as fire alarms
- Monitor radios
