- Assess student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with special education staff to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Promote literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily lessons.
- Supervise students during physical education activities, ensuring safety and encouraging teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with private school environments is a plus.
- Experience or certification in special education is highly desirable.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that promote physical education and overall well-being.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
