We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong background in Urgent Care with the ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Full-time status of 120 hours a month with typical hours of M-F 9am-7pm and some weekends on Sat/Sun 9am-3pm ensuring a great work/life balance!

We have a wonderful Latino patient population so if you are bilingual in Spanish, that would be a plus but not required.
Duties:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, adult and children
- Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Perform procedures such as I&D's, wound repairs, sutures, splint and fracture care, reading x-rays, DOT Physicals, Workman Comp evaluations, referrals to specialists.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with emergency medicine-boarded certified physicians and other healthcare staff.
- Utilize electronic health record system for documentation
Experience:
At least 1 year emergency or urgent care experience preferred but willing to train newer graduates.
