Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Positions

Relentless Management is an expanding firm in the Fredericksburg area. We are currently seeking natural and aspiring leaders to join our energetic marketing and community outreach team as Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Associates. The Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Associate is responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining key relationships with community members, the client we represent, and colleagues.

The telecommunications we represent provides affordable wireless services to low-income communities. The main focus of the Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Associate role is to present and promote the client’s wireless products and services to new customers allowing them to be more connected to the outside world. At our company, our mission is to shift from awareness to taking action for those in need and who are not as fortunate.

Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Associate Responsibilities : Someone in this role would be the face and personality of the Verizon. Not only will you be the first impression someone has of our company, but you are the liaison between our clients and local communities. The Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Associate must understand program goals, monitor progression towards meeting these goals, and report this progress to program leadership on a regular basis. In this position, the Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Associate must prospect and contact potential customers, reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. We serve our customers first and foremost.
