Responsibilities
What You Will Do:

- Reviews and screens incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Support the scheduling of interviews and assist in facilitating the interview process.
- Conduct background checks, including criminal backgrounds, reference checks, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Aid in scheduling orientation, ensuring that new hires come prepared with the necessary documents for an efficient and effective onboarding process.
- Support the onboarding/orientation process as needed.
- Assist with administrative duties as it relates to client services.
- Perform various tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
- Highly motivated and able to work at a fast pace.
- Must be highly organized with excellent time-management skills with the ability to change priorities as they arise.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working and communicating with a wide range of people.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Ability to work independently with energy and empathy towards others.
- Previous home care scheduling and recruiting experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
