Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Field Support Activity (FSA) of FLDSUPPACT. Responsibilities You will manage a variety of administrative functions, including payroll, training, muster / manpower, awards, and official mail management. You will coordinate training programs, track mandatory training, and monitor compliance. You will analyze and interpret rules, regulations, directives, correspondence, and related publications on matters of administration of awards programs. You will oversee the procurement of all administrative supplies and equipment essential for the department’s operations, including identifying team needs, selecting suppliers, and ensuring the timely acquisition of quality products at the best value. You will be providing / presenting complex information and updates using strong written and oral communication skills to ensure clarity and engagement with diverse audiences. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Manages a variety of administrative functions, including payroll, training, muster / manpower, awards, and official mail management; 2) Analyzes and interprets rules, regulations, directives, correspondence, and related publications on matters of administration of awards programs; 3) Coordinates training programs, track mandatory training, and monitor compliance; and 4) Oversees the procurement of all administrative supplies and equipment essential for the department's operations, including identifying team needs, selecting suppliers, and ensuring the timely acquisition of quality products at the best value.
