Position Overview
Immerse Spa & Salon is seeking a warm, motivated, and service-oriented Concierge to serve as the face of our luxury spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert recommendations, and create unforgettable experiences that reflect the high standards of Immerse Spa & Salon. This role blends customer service, sales, and operational tasks, ensuring every guest’s visit is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor.
- Assist clients with inquiries about spa services, retail products, and membership options.
- Build genuine relationships with guests to personalize their spa experience.
- Sales & Membership Management
- Effectively promote and sell spa memberships, services, and retail products.
- Stay informed about current promotions, spa packages, and seasonal offerings to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of spa and skincare products.
- Operations & Facility Management
- Handle and process inventory, including inventory counts and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized front desk and lobby area in compliance with spa standards.
- Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols throughout the spa to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system and securely handle cash or card payments.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently to optimize the schedule.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, using strong conflict resolution skills to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Support inventory management tasks, including inventory counts, accurate recordkeeping, and timely restocking.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury or wellness environment.
- Retail sales experience with a strong ability to upsell products and services.
- Proficiency in POS systems, appointment scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to address guest concerns effectively and professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- Confidence in delivering product demonstrations to engage and educate clients.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and inventory management skills to ensure accurate counts and timely replenishments.
- A passion for wellness, skincare, and creating memorable experiences for others.
- Must be willing to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
