This position will report to the Immersion Project/Program Manager and will serve as the on-site Analyst for the client Supervisor/COR.: The selected candidate will assist with reviewing orders and vouchers for the command daily. Help desk functions; answering phones and emails received from members of the command to resolve simple to complex DTS issues with their travel arrangements (orders) and voucher submission. Ensures conformance with work standards and quality. Prepares reports, delivers presentations, and participates in weekly meetings with the client. Must be a self-starter, foster a team environment, reliable and able to meet rigid deadlines. Must be able to develop and maintain good relationship with the client. Must possess a can-do mindset to meet client expectations and deliverables. Will report to the Immersion PM program delinquencies and issues that impact contractual obligations and deliverables. Must be available at the client on-site daily. Other duties as assigned.

- At least 6 months of experience in DoD travel support services.
- Some functional knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) reviewing orders and vouchers.
- Possess or be successfully adjudicated for a T1 (Federal background investigation).
- Experience with Microsoft suite applications.
- Some knowledge of DTS orders and vouchers creation to include (Reporting, Routing lists, LOAs and Accounting system functionality and Rejects.)
- Some knowledge of Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) for Department of Navy (DoN) best practices and SOPs.
- Knowledge of FMR/ JTR codes and regulations.
- Ability to work in and foster a team environment.
- Travel help desk experience or familiarity with help desk operations.
- Experience or familiarity with DTS Travel Planning and cost estimating. AO approvals, accounting rejects and EFT returns.
- As an Administrator you will be growing your professional skills, maintain high motivation, and be accountable to client transactions.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience.
One or more years of progressive experience.
