Major Opportunities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive platform positioning, GTM strategy, and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Work with the marketing team (inside and outside the company) to drive timely execution of go-to-market tactics across multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, email and tradeshows.
  • Work closely with the platform team to influence the product roadmap and functionality by integrating customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
  • Partner with the department leaders to deliver high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns that align with IDS’s growth objectives.
  • Fully own Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives, gathering and operationalizing customer feedback to improve both the platform and the customer experience.
  • Create and manage an integrated marketing calendar in collaboration with sales and operations to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive adoption of the IDS Platform.
  • Lead go-to-market execution across digital, social media, email, trade shows, and other channels, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.
  • Act as the company’s expert on customer, partner, and market needs to define and drive platform development and marketing requirements.
  • Measure and analyze marketing effectiveness, refining tactics to maximize engagement and reach target audiences.
  • Maintain consistent and compelling messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Support IDS’s thought leadership in the commercial real estate and property technology industries by collaborating with analysts, press, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee website updates, improving SEO and enhancing its utility as a customer education and sales conversion tool.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing collateral, including pitch decks, sales tools, and customer onboarding materials.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in proptech, digital twins, and multi-site retail operations, sharing insights with the broader team to inform strategy.


Nature & Scope:

  • Limited travel required for this position (less than 5%).
  • Interim direct reports as the team grows and evolves.
  • Management of external resources and vendor relationships as the team grows and evolves.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • 10 years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a focus on SaaS technology platforms, proptech, or commercial real estate industries.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing and product strategy.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful GTM campaigns for platform-based solutions.
  • Expertise in Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs, including gathering and translating feedback into actionable product and marketing insights.
  • Experience with digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools, including WordPress and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to lead analyst relations with organizations like Gartner or Forrester.
  • Experience implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to target and close strategic accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
