">Job Description
">We have an immediate opening for a AV Commissioning Specialist/AV Field Engineer to join our team. The primary role of the AV Commissioning Specialist is setting up and commissioning audio-visual equipment for customers. This key role will be an integral part of a team dedicated to installation and service.

- Perform preventative maintenance services, routine testing, and problem diagnosis of integrated systems ">
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, electronic schematics, and blueprints ">
- Test point-to-point functionality of systems and confirm signal flow for audio, video, and control ">
- Review project Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure quality and completeness of installation ">
- Field installation of control programs (AMX/Crestron) – upload and download capability ">
- Fine tune audio video systems to ensure optimal performance ">
- Configure IP addressable devices to establish communication on a network ">
- Perform client training and final job documentation as needed ">
- Act as a customer liaison in absence of Project Manager ">
- Create, track, and complete a project Punchlist ">
- Travel to various job sites required ">
- Utilize test and calibration equipment ">
- Conduct user acceptance testing ">
- Configure IP networking ">
- Install and integrate innovative AV technologies from manufacturers such as Barco, Biamp, Christie Digital, Crestron, Extron, Middle Atlantic, NVIDIA, Poly, Samsung, Shure, Sony and Microsoft Teams ">
- Manage multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities ">
- Lifting equipment, tools, and materials ">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">A minimum of 5 years of Audio Visual Integration experience is preferred. Proficiency in Dante Level 1 & 2 is also required.
