We are seeking Multi-Domain Operations Subject Matter Experts / Trainers (
TS / SCI security clearance requiredto join our growing organization. SMEs work closely with customers, potential customers, and our broader team, to drive the broad adoption of Immersive Wisdom's platform.The Role
Understand each customer’s mission sets and operational processes in order to seamlessly integrate Immersive Wisdom into their workflowServe as a lead customer interface during engagementsDrive product adoption, renewal, and customer satisfaction by bringing value to customers every dayEnsure all client needs are met, solving issues at the lowest level and knowing when to escalateLearn Immersive Wisdom systems used to support and engage customers throughout the customer lifecycleProactively drive adoption and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retentionUnderstand the Immersive Wisdom solution and be able to articulate the features and benefits to provide appropriate solutions for specific customer needsProvide customers with expertise on the Immersive Wisdom platform and highlight key features and functionality enabling the customer to achieve their objectivesEnsure seamless onboarding and account setup for customersMaintain accurate customer satisfaction and usage data on assigned customersCollect customer feedback and clearly articulate product recommendations for Immersive Wisdom product developmentContinuously drive tactical efficiency and improvements for the Mission Success organizationWillingness to travelDesired Skills and Experience
Active Security Clearance (TS / SCI)Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related fieldDepartment of Defense experience or client-facing or product experience with a strong interest in supporting customers in the DoDFamiliarity with Enterprise Software, SaaS, or other technology related experience a plusCreative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organizedOutstanding communication and presentation skillsTech savvy with the ability to learn new software and CRM toolsAbility to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical customersHigh level of accountability and the ability to execute on multiple and competing projects and deadlinesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on delivering the best possible client experienceSelf-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentPassion for driving business value to customers through software development and new technologyProven development of excellent client relationship skillsStrong work ethic and ownership of both company and client goals / objectives, focused on understanding, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.ELIGIBILITY FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION : STATUS OF US CITIZEN REQUIRED.
